The Process:

Booking:Fill the waitlist form, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Once I confirm your commission, I'll give you the price and ask for an email to send the invoice!After the full price of the commission is sent via PayPal, I will officially include you in my schedule, and I will begin the following process:______Each step has three revision passes before an additional fee is charged. (going backward in the process will also include extra fees to compensate for the extra labor. So make sure you are sure when approving each step going forward.)Initially, I will require:- Any descriptions and information of what you want that you think might be helpful
(For example: reference images, fancasts, pinterest boards, character appearance, personality, clothing descriptions, poses you might like, fancasts, and important symbols motifs from their history/world)- If you have any size preference please let me know! (ex. 16:9, etc.)This helps me make sure that my initial mock-ups of composition reflect your vision of the character(s) and image.Step 1: Unless you have a set idea of what you want, I will send 1-2 (3-5 if commercial) compositional sketches that will address the main poses and layout of the composition. Once you pick the one you like I will continue.Step 2: I will refine the sketch, and send for approval in case any details has been lost.Step 3: I will send you color mock-ups in case you don't have set colors. If your character has set colors, there'll only one set of base colors. This is the step in which I need to know if something major needs to be changed before I start rendering the image.Step 4*: If this is a full render commission this will be the step where I confirm the painted faces look like your characters. Changes in poses, composition, objects should happen here before we move forward. Major changes later on will incur extra labor costs.Lastly: The final step will be sending you the finished image to allow for any small changes and verify the final image with you.When you are satisfied, I will then send you the full resolution file PNG format through email.

Terms of Services:

I have the right to deny your commission request if I don't feel comfortable doing it.I have the rights to share, and use as example your commission in the future, unless payed the privacy fee.Payments will be made full and upfront before any work will be started. (If you have commissioned me before, I'm open to partial payments)There is a total of 4 revisions, one of them is dedicated to the finished product, only if major mistakes to the design elements are present.Times can vary from 1 week to 3 months depending on my workload. Please be patient.The client will receive the final piece via email/twitter, in the PNG format.The client may NOT claim the artwork as their own, you may repost it only with proper credit given.I retain intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork including the parts leading to its/their completion, unless payed the commercial rights fee.Only accept refunds if I back out on a commission for any reason in which the payment is then returned to the client.By commissioning me, you agree the the forementioned terms.
